賴志昶指出,新竹縣市受惠於科技園區產業生齒紅利,加上近些年來重劃區開辟日益飽和,供給量緊縮,致使房價節節高升,加上銀行面臨滿水位問題難解,客歲底以來延續限貸,令縣市民購屋需準備較重頭期款;至於台北市,不但房價延續上揚,且貸款成數則在本年第一季降至七成以下,令市民購屋平均自備款大幅拉升,更讓晚出場的購屋族面對更繁重的資金門坎。
